NOTE: We’ve moved practice to Saturday this week because of the expected rain on Sunday. See you there!
We’ll be starting outdoor training Saturday March 24th at 10am at Klines Lane Field in Emmaus. We’ll be kicking the cobwebs off for this season and doing a lot of introductory hurling for new members. This is a great opportunity for people interested in Hurling to come out and see what it’s all about.
For New Members
You’ll need cleats and clothes that you’re comfortable running in. We’ll have helmets, hurls and sliotars (the ball). Some team members prefer to wear shin guards and other protective gear, you’re more than welcome to but it isn’t required.

This is going to be an awesome day of hurling starting at Haines Mill Field. 4 Teams from all over the central eastern coast coming together to compete. You do NOT want to miss it!

We’ll be playing on the Ott St. Field (#17 location on the map over there –>)
The schedule is:
- U-6, U-8, U-10 Football 12:00 – 12:45
- Youth Hurling 12:45 – 1:30
- U-12, U-14 football 1:30 – 2:15
The times may be adjusted depending on numbers of children attending.
There will be an adult 7′s hurling event after the youth games.
Food vendors will be there and parking is available on street all around the park. Come on out for a great Gaelic Saturday in the park!
There will be multiple hurling, Gaelic football and youth games throughout the weekend, check back here for more info as we get closer to the dates.

The meeting will begin at 2 PM, Sunday February 27th, at the O’Donnell Funeral Home, 1064 Fifth Street, Catasauqua, PA.
AHHC Members in good standing, with dues paid, are eligible to vote. The 2011 dues of $75 can be paid at the meeting.
New club members for 2011 are welcome to attend and participate in meeting.
